A: Yes, and by all means, support your local stamp store! Check our store locator. You might want to call ahead to make sure they have what you're looking for. If they don't you can always come back here and get what you need directly from us.
Q: Do you have any instructional videos?
A: Right now, my appearances on the Carol Duvall show will have to do (set your VCR!) but I do want to start working on one in the near future.
A. Yes, we are an angel company. We want you to use our stamps and don't mind if you sell your HAND MADE art. If you were to begin to mass produce your items or mechanically reproduce our images, we would request a nominal royalty fee. And where on Earth did the name “angel company” come from anyway? I'm no angel!
Q. Is Carol Duvall really as nice as she seems?
A. So many people ask me this. It cracks me up. She is one of the most wonderful people that I know. And she is exactly like she appears. She says exactly what is on her mind and has real knowledge of crafts. She has done everything and done it well. I do know that decoupage is her absolute favorite craft. She is a real live wire and her entire crew for her show loves and adores her. (She did not pay me to say these things.)
Q. Are the stamps shown in the printed catalog actual size?
A. Yes.
Q: Do you sell your stamps unmounted?
A: We only offer our alphabet stamps unmounted. We've found that most of our customers prefer the hardwood mount. Plus, when you get your mounted stamp directly from us, you KNOW that it will stand up to the heat of your hot iron.
