We stand behind our products 100%. We do everything we can to be sure that every item that leaves here is perfect, but occasionally items go out that are less-than-perfect. When that happens, just let us know and we’ll be happy to make good on the deal anyway we can!

We like to think that you’d never want to return any of your Hot Potatoes merchandise “just because,” but should that occur, here are a few things to remember.

• We NEVER take returns of velvet or velvet ribbon – no exceptions.
• If you need to return something other than velvet, please contact us first, either by phone or email (info@hotpotatoes.com) to make arrangements.
• Contact us within 30 days of receipt.
• Shipping fees are not refunded.
• If you decide to keep the catalog, your refund will be less $5 to cover the cost of the catalog.
