We have few strict rules at Hot Potatoes, but
one of them does concern returns. First, we
do not accept returns on velvet ribbon or yardage.
We appreciate a phone call (615-269-8002) or
an email (info@hotpotatoes.com) to give us notice
of a return, at the very least a note must accompany
any return with a reason for the return. We
honor returns 30 days from the ship date only.
No exceptions to this rule. Ordinarily you will
not be refunded for shipping and if you keep
the catalog an additional $6.00 will not be
refunded as well.We absolutely do not refund
for used merchandise, unless there is a problem
with the manufacturing of the product.
